The old system was poorly built and the overall design was not considered at the very beginning of the release. With another opportunity to enhance the first version, I redesigned and completed the enhancement in 2 weeks that resulted into a more usable application and user-friendly experience.
The project goal is to create a reservations portal in replace of the existing one that aligns to the company’s brand utilizing the built-in features of ServiceNow’s workplace management system. Part of this is the visual design of the booking device installed in meeting rooms. My role was to lead the design process from requirements gathering, prototyping and design support.
Huddle is a team management tool used mainly by project managers to get an overview of the team’s status and engagements and be able to plan and manage project details and allocation. This case study project was created as an assessment to be part of the UX guild. The first version was created and presented in 2019 and was later enhanced in 2022 as part of a talent upskilling assessment.
